2Chicks Kreations ships orders Monday thru Friday. Orders will be processed in 3-4 business days after order has been place. All orders are shipped via USPS only. We Do No Ship On The Weekends!! Due to high order volume shipping will take an estimated in 7-10 business days.
Returns or Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or cancellations. Exchanges are not permitted.

2Chicks Kreations does not offer refunds or exchanges. We are willing to work with you to resolve any issues with our products.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please report any items that are damaged within 24 hours of receipt by contacting 2chickskreations@gmail.com with pictures, and/or video along with a description of what the defect is. We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping. You must file a claim with the USPS (or other carrier when applicable, i.e. UPS, DHL)

If the defect is a result of something that occurred prior to shipping we will cover the shipping cost. The item must be shipped back to us within 5 business days of the customer receiving the shipping label.

Lost Packages:
2Chicks Kreations is not responsible for lost packages; each order is photographed prior to shipping. Customers must file a claim with USPS (or other carrier when applicable, i.e. UPS, DHL) for lost packages.

If your items are returned to us due to an INCORRECT ADDRESS, you will have to pay for another shipping label. No refunds.
